私のミスでご迷惑をお掛けしました。

今後の対処について、２つあります。

１、私が代金を返金して、ギターをこちらに返送していただく。

２、いくらかの金額を返金して割引という形で、そのまま
商品を購入していただく。

私が考えているのは、この２つのどちらかです。

どちらかを選んでいただけないでしょうか？

それとも、他に希望の方法があればお聞かせください。

私の不注意であなたに不快な思いをさせてしまい
本当に反省しています。

At this point we have 2 choices:
1. You send the guitar back and I issue you with a full refund.
2. I issue you with a partial refund as a discount on your purchase.
I would like to go with one of these two alternatives. Which one would be more suitable for you? Otherwise, please feel free to make a different suggestion.
