私達のほうはオファー条件を既にまとめていて、先週社内の契約交渉の担当に渡しているのですが、確認したところ、業務が立て込んでいて、契約担当部署のほうでまだ英文オファーが完成していないとのことでした。急かしているので、申し訳ないですが、もう少しお待ちください。スケジュールですが今回ミーティングが中心になりそうです。このまま上手くいけば、2月に彼を再度日本に呼んで、撮影をしようと考えています。Ａ社とあなたとの今後の話ですが、何か進展はありましたか？インタビューはフランス語ですよね？

The order conditions have now been finalized and transferred to the department in charge. In the process we have all been very busy so that the English version is not yet completed. Our staff is working on that. Please accept our apologies for this delay; this question will be the centre of our next meeting.
