サンプルを弊社の品質管理課でチェックをしましたところ、下記品番で色落ち等がみられます。サンプルと同じレベルでバルクも仕上がるとなると販売できるかどうかわかりません。バルクでは改良していただくようにメーカーにご連絡お願い致します。特にスパンコールシリーズは良く売れており、ショップでのかなり契約をつけております。問題は、ドライクリーニング・水・手洗い等で汚染・変色が、発生。また、スパンコールが、ドライ・水で色落ちして剥げてしまいます。せめて手洗いで処理できるレベルに改良希望

We are not sure whether the goods can be sold or not, if the quality level for bulk orders will be the same level as the samples. Therefore, we would like you to instruct the manufacturer to improve the quality for bulk orders. “Spangles series” especially sell well, and we have already signed contracts for a considerable volume of this series with shops. The problems are that taints and discoloration appear when they are dry-cleaned, washed in water and hand-washed. In addition, spangles lose their colors and come off when dry-cleaned and washed in water. We would like you to improve the quality up to the level at least there is no problem when hand-washed.
