We are very supportive　in identifying and showcasing individuals who have　successfully managed their offices — and then share their stories with other sales leaders. On several occasions　I have been invited to speak at various managers　meetings across the country and each time I’ve emphasized
the importance of having a diverse organization.　People are willing to learn and change when they can　identify with those who have experienced good results.　Success captivates attention — people listen more　intently and are more likely to apply what they have　learned. Put your most ambitious and successful people　in the forefront so they can encourage other sales leaders
to approach diversity differently.
