回答の期限が来ましたが、私の商品の到着はどうなっていますでしょうか。
商品は発送されているのでしょうか。
発送しているなら追跡番号をお教えください。
もし、まだ発送していないならいつ発送するか教えてください。
商品自体が完成していないなら、完成時期と到着時期の目安を教えてください。
それが出来ないようなら返金をお願いします。

Has it been sent out yet.
If it has please send me the tracking number.
If it has not, then tell me when you will send it out.
If the item itself is not completed yet, please tell me how long it will take to complete and when it should arrive.
