お元気ですか？東京は夏が終わりに近づき、蝉の声が町中に響いています。ノンオーガニックのオイルも販売を10月から11月に開始する準備を進めています。以前いただいたサンプルを社内で検討して、以下のラインナップを考えています。1kgもしくは3kg購入した場合の見積もりをください。
高価なオイルはそれより少ない可能性もあります。

How are you/ I hope you are doing well. In Tokyo the end of summer is nearing and you (can) hear the sound of cicadas (echoing) all over town. The preparations for the (beginning of the)sale of non-organic oil from octobre untill novembre are being made (nuance of it making progress rather than actually being in a beginningstate). After I test/try out/scrutinize I the samples (wich I'd like to receive prior to the vendingseason) with the staff of the company, we will consider/ come up with the line-up (afterwards). I would like to request a sales quote for the two scenario's of buying a. 1kg and b. buying 3kg.

There is ofcourse the possibility that the more expensive oils are smaller in numbers ( in contrast to the earlier mentioned oils).

I await your response (though not with the forced nuance it has in English)
