We believe this is due to the fact that your PayPal account in international, and our previous calculation of fees was based on the US PayPal account fees of 2.9%+$0.30. Since your account is international fees are charged as 3.9%+30 which comes out to be $21.44. Therefore there is an additional payment we require of $22.58, this is the $21.44+2.9%+$0.30
