今回は会期中に入試業務が入ってしまったため、自分の発表するセッションのみの参加を予定しています。
そのため、非常に慌ただしいため座長は辞退させてもらいたいと思います。

As I have to do an entrance examination duty of our college during the Conference time, I am thinking of attending the conference only for the session of my presentation.
