The unit was sent to you insured and with signature confirmation, I am out of the country until the end of the month, as soon as I come back I will check the delivery date, also the unit was complete tested before placing in the box for shipping, If the unit has a problem, you can send it to us along with the label to ship back to you.

Be aware that if we claim to the insurance company and they pay the unit we will not return the unit repaired, just return the money paid by them to cover the repair or replace, if the unit was damaged by misshandling, we will just return the unit

荷物は保険付帯そして要受受領署名にて貴方宛発送されました。私は今月末まで国外におりますので、戻り次第発送日を確認します。また発送向けの商品は梱包前にきちんと検査を受けていますが、もし何か問題などありましたら、ラベルと一緒に返送ください。その後再送致します。

ご注意頂きたいのは、保険会社に保険金請求を行い支払を受けた場合、私共では貴方宛修理済みの商品を再送致しません。私共からは保険会社から受け取った金額分を、修理代もしくは交換代金分として送金させて頂きます。郵送中に損傷を受けた場合は、商品を返送するのみとさせて頂きます。
