すると、アーロンチェアに対する信頼性が高い分、ヘッドレストに対する信頼性が低いことがわかりました。これは、情報量が少ないことで起こる問題です。
そこで、信頼性を高めるために新たにお願いしたいものが幾つかあります。

・作成している工場の外部もしくは、内部の写真
・商品を開発することになった経緯をまとめた文章（非常に重要です）
・会社のロゴデータ(vendorgear社)

以上の情報を掲載する事で、日本人にとっては信頼性があがります。

And, we found out that even though Aeron Chair is a reliable product, customer is not satisfied with the quality of the head rest. This is due to the lack of information we get.
So, I would like to ask you to provide several things, to improve the reliability of the product.

・Post inside or outside pictures of the plant.
・Post description explaining the background of the product development. (Very important)
・Post corporate logo data (vendorgear)

The reliability among the Japanese will improve, by providing the above information.
