ボディのサイドのステンレス部にキズが２つ、電源スイッチの下にキズが１つあります。付属のレシピブックの最初のページが破れています。外箱にはたくさんの輸送用シールが貼られていて、剥がすのが大変でした。その他にも外箱に凹みやキズがたくさんあります。このような状態では新品とは言えません。返金していただきたいです。

是非この素敵な陶器を購入させていただきたいのですが、送料込みで1850ドルでの購入は無理でしょうか？この陶器を日本に送る際は破損しないように、とても厳重な梱包をお願いします。

The stainless steel is scratched in two places on the side of the body, and there's a scratch under the power switch. The first page of the cookbook that came with it is torn. The outside box has shipping labels all over it that are difficult to peel off. The box also has a lot of dents and tears in it. This can't be new merchandise when it's in this condition. I would like my money refunded.

I am really interested in buying some of this beautiful pottery. Could you possibly sell it to me for $1,850 with shipping included? So that it doesn't break when you send it to Japan, the pottery should be packaged very securely.
