金額は100ユーロ（VATは含まない）
送料は11.68ユーロ
と御社のショップのサイトには表示されております。
前回も言いましたが、ここから注文ボタンをおしても支払い方法のページに戻ってしまいます。

質問なのですが
１どうすれば上記の商品を購入できるのですか？
２他に支払うべきものはありますか？
３御社のサイトからまた購入しようとすればこれからどのように対処すればいいのですか？

The shipping charge is 11.68 euros

As I told you before, though I press an order button, the page returns to the payment method page.

I would like to ask you:
1. How can I purchase the goods above?
2. Is there something I should pay other than that?
3. How can I cope with the problem if I will keep purchasing again?
