It is about the amount of powder contained per vial container.

One of my close friends, who is also a doctor, asked me why only a small amount of powder is put into a vial container which could hold more. The powder reaches only up to the hight of 3-4 mm from the bottom of the container.

I know you are a very busy person, but if you could tell me the reason, I would be most grateful.

The reason I am asking you this question is; when I had a meal with this person, I mentioned about when I asked you a question in April, then he/she asked me to ask you this question to you.
