以前メールにて連絡をしましたが、この商品は日本の薬事法で1度に24個までしか日本国内に輸入することができません。今回返送されました53個の商品を24個と24個と5個の3回に分けて転送依頼ができるように、My Packagesの内容を変更していただけますでしょうか。

As I told you in the e-mail earlier, this product can import to Japan no more than 24 pieces a time under Pharmaceutical Affairs Act. Could you change the content of My Package and break the returned 53 pieces into 24-24-5 so I can request to forward separately?
