エントリーフィーが無料ってすごいですね。興味はあります。
でも他のコンテストで賞をとってるものは応募できないっていうルールがあるんですね。実は今年はすでにいくつか他のコンテストにエントリーしているので、このルールが気になります。作品もほとんど作れていないという問題もありますが。

It's great that the entry fee is free. I'm interested.
But still, there is this rule that people who won prizes in other contests can't apply. Actually, this year, I entered some contests, so this rule bothers me.
Also, there is the problem of me not having many works in my portfolio.
