My returning address is on the packge. My number is [phone]. Be advised, a refund will not be issued until I have received the item back. It has been brought to my attention that as a part of a scamEO Techs have been purchased on eBay, and once it has arrived at the buyers location, the buyer would then switch out the real EO tech with a counterfeit and return the item. This is a highly counterfeited item because of its quality and price. Once returned I will inspect the EO Tech to.make sure it is the one I ent you and i will then issue the refund. I notified eBay and paypal of the situation and they agreed it would be the best method. I look forward to hearing back from you.
