注文取り消しのお願い
こんにちは。先程、支払の際にクレジットカード情報を入力し、決済を行おうとした所、次の画面でエラーが発生したので、もう1度商品購入の手続きをしました。その時もエラーが発生したのですが、後からマイアカウントの受注のステータスを見たら、同じ商品が2件注文されていましたので、下記の注文番号のものはキャンセルして下さい。
キャンセルが完了したら、メールでお知らせいただけると助かります。
また、決済画面での不具合の改善をお願いいたします。
どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

Order cancellation request
Hello. Some time ago, during payment, when I tried to make payment and put in credit card information, an error occurred on the next screen, so I went through buying procedures once more. That time, the error appeared again, but after that, when I checked the order status in my account, it showed that I ordered two of the same item, so I would like you to cancel the following order number.
When the cancellation is complete, it would be helpful if you informed me by email.
