先日、7月19日に発送してもらった荷物の内、トラックナンバー（XXXX）のマイセンのティーセットについて、箱を開けたところ、ソーサが１枚割れていました。運送業者のDHLに連絡したところ、責任の所在はDHLにあるようですが、MYUSに連絡して書類に記載をする必要があるとのことです。ですので、手続きに必要な書類等をお送り下さい。
