箱の中に破損した破片がないなど、最初から破損した商品が送られてきた場合は、見積り金額と送料をお支払いいたしません。
Paypalに先払いしたお客様の場合は、Paypalに行きを申し立てます。


万が一、配送途中に商品が紛失した場合
お客様が商品を発送してから30日経過しても弊社に届かない場合は、紛失の可能性があります。
30日経過しても商品が弊社に届かない場合は、郵便局に調査を依頼します。
お客様から郵便局へ調査の申請をしていただく場合もございますので、その際はご協力をお願いします。

If the items sent have no broken pieces inside the box or were broken from the beginning then we will not pay the valued price or shipping.
