This is regarding the package from Unknown Sender logged into your suite. Since this package had no name on the shipping label, we are concerned that there could be a problem. If this package does NOT belong to you, please contact MyUS.com Customer Service right away to have it removed from your suite. Please do NOT select it for a ship request.

If this IS your package, please be sure to use your name as it appears on your MyUS account when placing orders. We use this to verify that the packages are logged into the correct suite. Packages arriving with incomplete or incorrect addresses are subject to a $5 address correction fee per package.
