If a pre-paid label isn't available for your return, the Online Returns Center gives you other options for getting the item back to us.

If you haven't opened the package you're returning, it's okay to tape the Return Merchandise Authorization to the outside. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if you're returning Clothing, Shoes, some Jewelry and Watches, or Baby items. For other products, we'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

配送料事前支払い済み宛名シールがご利用いただけない場合は、オンライン返品センターが他の返送手段をご提供いたします。

返品ご希望の商品が未開封であれば、「Return Merchandise Authorization（商品返品許可証）」シールを梱包箱の外側に貼っていただいて構いません。衣類、靴、特定種類の宝石、腕時計、赤ちゃん用品をご返品される場合は、送料は当店で負担させていただきます。他の商品であれば、当店に非がある場合に限り、送料を負担いたします。
