After you ship the item, go to the Resolution Center and enter the tracking or Delivery Confirmation number.
When you ship a high-value item back (worth $250 and above), it must include signature confirmation to make sure the seller signs for receipt of the item.

Once we have confirmation that the seller has received the item, we'll provide a full refund within 3 days that covers the cost of the item and original shipping. The refund will be issued to your PayPal account.

Note: If the item isn't returned to the seller within 15 days, and a case was opened, we'll automatically close the case. So it's important that if you want a refund, you ship the item back soon.
