After you ship the item, go to the Resolution Center and enter the tracking or Delivery Confirmation number.
When you ship a high-value item back (worth $250 and above), it must include signature confirmation to make sure the seller signs for receipt of the item.

Once we have confirmation that the seller has received the item, we'll provide a full refund within 3 days that covers the cost of the item and original shipping. The refund will be issued to your PayPal account.

Note: If the item isn't returned to the seller within 15 days, and a case was opened, we'll automatically close the case. So it's important that if you want a refund, you ship the item back soon.

商品を郵送されましたら、Resolution Centerページに行き、追跡番号もしくは郵送確認番号を入力してください。（250ドル以上の）高額の商品を返送される場合、署名確認を含む形で、売主が商品を受け取ったことを確認できるようにし郵送を行ってください。

私共で売主が商品を受け取ったことを確認できましたら、商品と売主から貴方へ商品が郵送された分の送料を含む全額返金を3日以内に手配致します。貴方のPayPalアカウントへ返金されます。
