Aについて。（折れ曲がっていて新品状態ではなかった）
1.返金
2.代替品を送る

BとCについて。（Ｂは2冊、Ｃは3冊不足）
1.送料込での返金
2.5冊を早急に発送する（代替品は不可）

以上、全部で6冊です。
他のアイテムについては問題はありませんでした。

Concerning the current transaction, there are absolutely no errors on my part.
I wasted a lot of time because you did not properly pack the product, and there were items missing.
I would like you to respond to the following terms as soon as possible.

Concerning A (it was bent and not in new condition)
1. Provide a refund.
2. Send a substitute item.

Concerning B and C (2 copies of B and 3 copies of C were missing)
1. Provide a refund, including the postage fee.
2. Send the missing 5 copies. (I won't accept just a substitute item)

In total, I am requesting 6 copies.
There were no issues with the other items.
I await your answer.
