I returned this item on June 21st from Japan.
I sent it via EMS, so it should have been delivered in 4 to 5 days.
However today is July 4th and I still have not heard back from you on receiving it.
Therefore I tracked it online.
This is the tracking number.
After looking it up, I found out that it was stuck at the custom in Chicago, USA for over 10 days.
I need you to receive this return item.

Can you please work with the Chicago custom office for receiving this item quicker?
