I’m sorry to hear about the problem with the Microscope.

Since you are currently in Japan, I'm unable to give you prepaid return label to return the item back to us. Since prepaid return label can only be used within US.

At this point, I suggest you to return the item to our return address. Please indicate the reason for return on the packing slip, include the packing slip with the item you are returning, wrap the package securely and ship the package to:
