ただ、申し訳ないのですが、お客様にお買い上げ頂いた商品を発送しようしたところ、郵便局にて検疫証明書をつけないとお客様の国には発送できないと言われました。

Therefore; I am very sorry for this inconvenience, but I have to cancel this deal.
