Question 3. Where do they hang out?

This part should be easy if you have already answered the previous two questions. These could be any channel/medium you could think of. If your customer read blogs, find out the list of blogs that they could be reading. Or newsletter. Or forum. If you are just starting out, it’s preferable to places where you can reach them for free or low cost.
