商品が9個しか転送会社に届いていません。
間違いだと思い、2度ほど連絡をとって確認してもらいましたが、
やはり9個しかないみたいです。
私は10個注文しているので、あと1個送ってほしいと思います。

I call them twice to check it, but they said that they surely received 9 pieces.
