はい。私は日本に住んでいます。
転送会社を使って、この時計を日本まで送ってもらいました。
時計の受け取りが遅れたのはそのためです。

二重梱包して送ってもらっているので、輸送による損傷は
全く受けていません。梱包は完璧でした。

時計は最初からぜんまいが巻かれていて、これ以上巻けない状態でした。
ネジの巻き過ぎではないかと思います。
輸送の問題とは全く無関係だと思います。

もし、あなた自身で修理が可能ならば直していただけませんか？
いずれにしても、現状では全く動きません。

Yes, I live in Japan.

I used a shipping company to get this clock(watch) shipped to japan.
That is why the receipt of the clock(watch) was delayed.

I had the shipment packaged twice, so there was absolutely no damage made during the shipping process. The packaging was perfectly done.

The mainspring of the clock(watch) was already completely winded up from the beginning. It could not winded any more than that. I do not think the problem is the winding mechanism. I believe it is completely unrelated with this problem.

If it is possible, could you please repair this yourself? In any case, it is not functioning at all right now.
