16-May-2012にも同類の荷物を貴社から日本に送ってもらっています。
そのため、私は今回も輸出可能と考え当品を購入しました。

上記の荷物は輸出できても今回の荷物は輸出できないとのことでしょうか？

I am writing about your response saying that it is impossible to export the goods. However, on 16-May-2012 I received similar goods from you which were sent from Japan.
This is why I have purchased them again thinking that they would be shippable from Japan as before.

Are you saying that although I did receive the above, I am now unable to get a new shipment?
