先日あなたの商品を受け取り、フィギュア４体のうちの一体だけ確認して連絡していました。
商品を出品しようとすべてのフィギュアを箱から出したところ、そのうちの一体の右足の先が
割れて取れておりました。
気づくのが遅かったのであきらめておりましたが、
とても残念なので一部返金で対応して頂きたく思い連絡しました。
B級品としてでしか販売することができませんので半額返金希望します。

I received your package the other day and I took them out of box to inspect them before listing them and found that one of four figures had a broken toe in the right foot.
Since it took a long time for me to notice this, I almost gave it up.
But I though I should get a refund even partially.
I can not sell them as B grade item, so I like to have a refund for the half of price.
If you need a photo showing the broken toe, I can send you. Please let me know your address.
