今日届いた商品の外箱が数ヶ所破れていて中の商品が見えていました。
幸い中の商品は、無事でしたが、もう少し丈夫な外箱を使ってもらうことはできませんか？
今後も転送を継続的にお願いしたいと思っているので、よろしくお願いします。

商品の梱包状態について
商品の外箱もきれいな状態で受け取りたいので、メーカーから出荷された段ボールでの梱包の状態もしくは、ビニールに入れてもらうことはできませんか？
この注文以外にも別で５１個注文しているのですが、そちらもお願いしたいです。

For the products that have arrived today, the outer box was torn in several places and the products inside could be seen.
While there were no damages to the products inside fortunately, is it possible to use a box that is more durable?

About the state of product packaging
As I hope to receive the products with the box in a proper state, is it possible to package them in the boxes as used by the manufacturers during shipping, or place them in a plastic bag?
Other than this order, I have ordered 51 items as well. Hope this can be done for the remaining orders.
