HR Jobsを見ました！
HR Jobsと同じアプリを作る事は問題無く作れますが、アバウトな見積もりで35万円します。

ひとつ提案ですが、わたしが持っているシステムでパソコンの専用画面から求人情報を登録→アプリで求人情報を表示→ユーザーが閲覧→ユーザーが応募→ Cecilが受付するアプリなら安くで作ります。

I browsed HR Jobs. There is no problem for me to make an application like that of HR Jobs.
Even if roughly calculated, it would' cost around three hundred fifty thousand yen.

I have one suggestion to you. It could be cheaper if I made one like I described below.
It works like this. Enter job information on the web page in the system I have, those job information is shown on the application's display, users find a job there and apply for the job, then Cecil receives their job applications.
