I have tried to contact you through my regular email and will now try this route. Although the ad stated that the shipping & handling was free with a purchase of $50 or more, further below the photo it still shows that the S&H is free. Even when I paid for the item through paypay which should have added the s&h for the purchases made, the receipt still showed that the S&H was free.

通常のメールでご連絡しようとしたのですが、こちらのルートからご連絡してみます。案内では50ドル以上の購入で送料・手数料無料とありますが、写真のずっと下の方にはそれが無料とあります。ペイパル（訳注：paypay とありますがPayPalのことかと思います）で送料・手数料がかかるはずの品物の代金を支払っても、明細には送料・手数料無料と出ます。
