1番目に入札した人が落札した場合、落札価格から、10パーセント値引きします。
2番目に入札した人が落札した場合、落札価格から、5パーセント値引きします。
3番目に入札した人が落札した場合、落札価格から、3パーセント値引きします。

例えば、1番目にAさんが5ドル入札しました。次にBさんが7ドル入札しました。
さらに、Cさんが7ドル入札しました。現在の価格は19ドルです。
その後に、Aさんが1ドル入札して、Aさんが20ドルで落札しました。

Aさんは1番目に5ドル以上の入札をしていますので、落札価格から、10パーセント値引きします。
20ドル-2ドル=18ドル

Aさんの支払いは18ドルになります。
