備考: アメリカのシッパー（輸出代行業者）へのメールで荷物返送の受取を依頼したいと思っています。

返信が遅くなり申し訳ありません。
私は、この件についてDHLや日本の通関へ相談しました。
荷物の中に輸入ライセンスが必要なものがあり、全ての荷物の受取不可になっています。
DHLが返送料を負担してくれるので、一旦御社へ荷物を返送しライセンスが不要のものを再度送って頂きたいと思っています。
荷物を返送したら、受取って頂けますか？
また、ライセンスが必要な品物については、個別に発送指示を送る予定です。
御社で荷物の受取が可能でしたら、すぐにDHLへ手続きしますので返信をお待ちしております。

I have discussed with DHL and Japanese custom.
There is an item (are items) that requires license in the packaged. Therefore, everything in the package is not permitted to be released.
Since DHL will pay for the shipping fee, I would like to send the package back to you and then ship me back the items that do not require license.
Can you accept the return shipment if I ship it back to you?
For the items that require license, I will let you know shipping instruction separately.
As soon as I can confirm that you can accept the return shipment, I will arrange it with DHL.
