備考: アメリカのシッパー（輸出代行業者）へのメールで荷物返送の受取を依頼したいと思っています。

返信が遅くなり申し訳ありません。
私は、この件についてDHLや日本の通関へ相談しました。
荷物の中に輸入ライセンスが必要なものがあり、全ての荷物の受取不可になっています。
DHLが返送料を負担してくれるので、一旦御社へ荷物を返送しライセンスが不要のものを再度送って頂きたいと思っています。
荷物を返送したら、受取って頂けますか？
また、ライセンスが必要な品物については、個別に発送指示を送る予定です。
御社で荷物の受取が可能でしたら、すぐにDHLへ手続きしますので返信をお待ちしております。

I consulted with the Japanese custom office and DHL concerning this matter.
All the shipment couldn't go through the custom because some of the contents in the shipment need an import license.
DHL will pay part of the shipping cost to return the shipment to you so it will be returned to you first. Will you send the items that don't need a license to me once more?
Will you receive the items if I return them to you?
I will instruct the custom office to send the items necessary for the license to you in a separate shipment.
I have to know if you will accept the returned goods, so please reply to this. As soon as I get your reply I will contact DHL.
