備考: アメリカのシッパー（輸出代行業者）へのメールで荷物返送の受取を依頼したいと思っています。

返信が遅くなり申し訳ありません。
私は、この件についてDHLや日本の通関へ相談しました。
荷物の中に輸入ライセンスが必要なものがあり、全ての荷物の受取不可になっています。
DHLが返送料を負担してくれるので、一旦御社へ荷物を返送しライセンスが不要のものを再度送って頂きたいと思っています。
荷物を返送したら、受取って頂けますか？
また、ライセンスが必要な品物については、個別に発送指示を送る予定です。
御社で荷物の受取が可能でしたら、すぐにDHLへ手続きしますので返信をお待ちしております。

I have consulted DHL and the Custome Office in Japan regarding my shipping case.
There is an item that requires an import license, so all the items currently being held.
DHL will bear a return shipping cost, so the items will be returned to your office. I would, then, like you to arrange to send me the items which do not require an import license only.
Will you be able to accept the parcel at your place if it is returned to your address?
Also, I will arrange to request for resending of the items that require an import license separately on another day.
If you can accept my parcel, please contact me to inform me so. I will then request DHL to proceed with the return of the parcel. Thank you for your kind arrangement.
