but I can't pay you now because paypal have your money moreover I can't understand why you took action against me when I offered you a full refund but you have and seems now you may have to wait longer as it's out of my hands I have no control over the item and no control of the payment you made to me,
I suggest you contact ebay or paypal as regards your refund as I have given them the money you gave me or should I say they took the money out of my account,
I'm sorry things have turned out this way but I haven't done anything wrong I haven't ignored you and I can't control the postal system or paypal policy but in good grace I apologise for any inconvenience.

しかし現在返金ができないのはpaypalが振り込みを止めているからです。なぜこのような対処をされたのか分かりませんが、全額返金をこちらから申し出たときにもう少しお待ちいただけたらと思います。商品は発送しており、どこにあるのか分からずまた振り込みも止まってしまいました。
こちらからのご提案としまして、返金についてebayまたはpaypalにご連絡していただき、お支払いしていただいた金額をこちらから返金するか私の口座から振り込み分をあなたに戻すかのどちらかだと思います。
このような事態になってしまい申し訳なく思っています。しかし何も悪いことはしていませんし、あなたへの対応を放置したわけでもありません。郵便システムやpaypalのポリシーを変えることもできません。お手数をお掛けしましたことを心よりお詫び申し上げます。
