私の仕事にトラブルが発生し、家に帰れる日にちが少々遅くなりそうなのです。
あと３日で帰る予定でしたが、どうやらあと１週間以上は帰れそうにありません。
なので、あなたがもし、急いでおられるのなら、すみませんが今回はご希望にお答えすることが出来ないので、お金を送金しないで下さい。それと、郵便局に問い合わせたところ、
SONYのスピーカーは大きすぎて、一緒の箱に入らないから送るのは無理だそうです。
本当に残念です。いろいろとすみません！

I have some bad news.
I had some troubles at work and I can't go back to home in schedule. In my plan, I will be home in 3 days, but it seems I have to stay here one week or more from now. So if you are in hurry, don't send me the money please.

I called the post office and they said they can't send the speaker of SONY, because it is too big to put in the same box.
