4. Upon the request of the disclosing party, the recipient shall promptly return to the disclosing party all copies of the Confidential Information and shall destroy all memoranda, notes, and other writings prepared by it or any of its employees or contractors based upon or including any of the Confidential Information. However, the recipient may retain those portions of the Confidential Information that are necessary to document compliance with this Section.
4.
