前回購入したブランドAの商品ですが、
私のお客様からクレームが入りました。

2個パックの商品に1個パックが１つ混ざっていました。

2個パックと1個パックの差額の返金をお願いします。

また、前回にメールで連絡をした不具合の件、

再度、商品に充電をして動作を確認しました。

1個に電源が入らない不具合がありました。
（添付の写真を確認して下さい）

ですので、こちらも1個分の代金の返金、
もしくは代替品を送って欲しいです。
（メインのユニットだけで送って下さい。）

I have a question about the brand A bag I bought from you. I received a complaint from my customer.

There was a set of one bag among sets of two bags.
I would like to have the difference between the prices of the two and the one sets back.
Also, I have a question about the problems I contacted you for by email last time.
I checked the working after charging the product again.
One product didn't get power. (Please refer to the attached picture.)
So, I would also like to have the money for this one back or you can send me a replacement.
