税関より連絡がきました。
SLENDERTONE と記載されている部分を全て削除するか、商品全てを破棄するかのいずれかになります。
現状ではその後にそちらへ送り返すことはできませんが、SLENDERTONE と記載してある部分の削除後にはそちらへ送り返すこともできます。SLENDERTONE の販売元へ提出できる証明書はありませんか？
また、証明書がない場合は上記の対応になりますがいかが致しますか？

At this moment we cannot send them back to you afterwards, but we might be able to return over there if we could delete the entire parts saying SLENDERTONE. Do you have certificate which can be submitted toward the distributor of SLENDERTONE? If not, we'll do like written the above, so let us know what you want.
