Associate Engagement
The GSLT continued their focus on Associates, reviewing the latest engagement survey to identify key global themes. The biggest opportunity identified was around positively impacting the base of the engagement triangle. A small team has been established to identify how to add clarity and simplicity to “I know what is expected of me”. The ambition is that every sales associate would have an absolute maximum of 5 objectives set in their PDPs.

Sales Talent
The GSLT reviewed their role in terms of sales talent development and also the fit with local MDR processes. The team identified common areas globally to support sales capabilities, gender diversity, identification of top talent,
