Because international shipping cost is very expensive, if you return the item, then we not only will pay for the return shipping cost and also we will pay for the resend shipping cost. It is very and very expensive. Maybe more than 200USD.

they said it is not a big deal to do this, you just need to do the steps as the instructions in our last e-mail.
you item is Ok ,just the screw needs to be replaced.
so you just need to replace it , or you can ask somebody who is good at this.
or we can refund you 10USD for this question, you can use the money to find a technicial shop to repair this.
