The item was shipped insured and I wil go to the postoffice at Tuesday and go here so that this work is financially resolved.Sorry for the discomfort. I will contact you as soon as I can. (But why not contact me about the problem before?) (Refund from me wil not be given in the ad we always see shipping is at own risk.)
