You can manage the type of tweets in different categories at the admin screen. stop automatic sending off depending on the capacity of you computer/hard drive etc, you can also turn off loading of pictures and maps to use it with out worrying about the storage space.
Also, it also opens a shortened URL and save it in Evernote and therefore it is possible to look for the original tweet through URL.
