昨日カートリッジを受け取りました。新しい針を装着しテストいたしましたが音がでません。このカートリッジは壊れていると思います。返品したいので返品の手続きを教えてください。宜しくお願いします。

I received the cartridge yesterday. I tested it with putting the new needle but there is no sound coming. I think this cartridge is broken. I would like to send back to you so please let me know its procedure. Thank you.
