昨日カートリッジを受け取りました。新しい針を装着しテストいたしましたが音がでません。このカートリッジは壊れていると思います。返品したいので返品の手続きを教えてください。宜しくお願いします。

I got the cartridge yesterday, and set a new pin and test it, but it doesn't produce any sound. I think this cartridge is broken. Please tell me how to return the product.
